At Rough Road Fitness, we are committed to delivering your premium calisthenics equipment—including our thick-grip wooden parallettes and gymnastics rings—promptly and securely. This shipping policy outlines our procedures for order processing, shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and handling. By placing an order on our website (roughroadfitness.com), you agree to these terms.

 1. Order Processing Time

   Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated ship date. Note that custom or bespoke commissions built outside our standard catalog specifications may require additional processing time, which will be communicated directly.

 2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

   We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery of your fitness equipment. All packages are shipped via:

 * Standard Ground Shipping: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for domestic orders.

 * Expedited Shipping: Available as an upgrade at checkout via UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express.

Shipping methods are selected based on your location and order weight to ensure the most secure transit from our Maine workshop.

 3. Shipping Costs

   Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method.

 * Standard Ground: Standard rates apply at checkout (with free shipping available on qualified domestic orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S.).

 * Expedited: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on carrier rates.

   We do not charge restocking fees for shipping-related issues.

 4. Delivery Times

   Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and begin once your order ships. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

 * Domestic (Contiguous U.S.): 3–7 business days via Standard Ground, or 1–3 business days via Expedited.

 * Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Please allow an additional 2–5 business days to standard domestic estimates.

 * International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs clearance.

 5. Shipping Tracking & Order Status

   Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's transit in real time.
